What I collect, and only when you send it

If you use the contact form, I receive and keep the name, email address, topic, product name and message you typed. Along with it the server records your IP address and browser user agent string. That pair is recorded to catch automated spam, and for nothing else.

That is the entire list. Browsing the site collects nothing. There is no sign-up, no account and no newsletter.

Why I keep it, and for how long

I keep your message so I can answer it and so I have the history if you write again about the same thing. Messages sit in my email and in a file on the server. I keep them while they are useful and delete them when they are not. If you want yours deleted sooner, ask and I will delete it.

Cookies

One cookie, and only on the contact page. It is a standard session cookie that lets the form refill itself if something goes wrong when you submit, and stops one visitor sending a hundred messages a minute. It carries no information about you, and it disappears when you close your browser.

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and nothing that follows you to another site. That is also why the site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask you to consent to.

Other companies that see something

The typefaces are self-hosted, not loaded from Google or anyone else, so simply reading a page here makes no request to a third party at all.

• Gumroad. On a product page with a Gumroad button, Gumroad's checkout script loads so the purchase can happen in a panel. If you buy, Gumroad takes the payment and holds your purchase and payment details under their own privacy policy. I never see your card details.
• Notion. If you buy through Notion Marketplace, or open a Notion template link, Notion handles that under their own policy.
• Hostinger. The site is hosted with Hostinger, so their servers keep the usual access logs.

I do not sell your information, I do not share it for advertising, and I do not hand it to anyone except where the law requires it.

The products themselves

The calculators and interactive blocks run entirely in your browser. Whatever you type into them stays on your device. They do not send your figures anywhere, they have no analytics inside them, and most keep working with the connection switched off.

Your rights

Write to me and you can ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask me to delete it. I will do it, and I will not make you explain why. There is no form and no account to log into.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you those rights explicitly, plus the right to know whether your personal information is sold or shared. It is not, and it never has been.

Younger users

Some of what I sell is built for students. This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent and believe a child has sent me their details through the contact form, tell me and I will delete it straight away.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
